This guide shows you how to do a loyalty sale if you are using the account sale side of IQ Retail
1. Log into accounts sale as per normal
2. Click Acc No Drop down
3. Choose correct one à Click Accept
4. Click Services à Click Token Group Login
5. Type in or Scan the customers card number à Click Accept
6. The customers card number and balance will show up on the screen, if you just wanted the balance you can exit, if you are doing a loyalty sale you can finish the sale as per usual
