Open up your web browser, and go to: http://webterminal.theloyaltybox.com

   1.  Enter in your Location ID and fill in “1” in Terminal ID

   2.  If you have disabled employee login, the webterminal will automatically pick this up once you click “Login”

That will bring you to the below page.

Adding a new Client

   1.  Click “New Client”

   2.  Fill in relevant details as below

Capturing a Sale

   1.  Click “Capture Sale”

     2.  Enter in the details of the sale

a.  Account Number: Loyalty Card Number

b.  Transaction Amount: Amount of Sale

     3.   Click “Capture”

   4.  Customers Balance will Show on the screen


Doing a Balance Enquiry

   1.  Click “Balance Enquiry”

2.  Enter in the Loyalty Card number > Click Balance Enquiry.

   3.  Balance on Card will show on next screen.


Issuing Currency/Points

   1.  Click “Issue Currency/Points”

   2.  Add in the details of the transaction

     a.  Account Number: Loyalty card Number

     b.  Transaction Amount: The amout you want to add to the card

     c.  Value Type: Select Points > Click Issue

   3.  The customers new balance will show


Redeeming Currency/Points

   1.  Click “Redeem Currency/Points”


   2.  Add in the details of the transaction

     a.  Account Number: Loyalty card Number

     b.  Transaction Amount: The amount you would like to Redeem off the card

     c.  Value Type: Select Points > Click Redeem

   3.  The cards new balance will show on the screen

Transferring Currency/Points

   1.  Click “Transfer”

2.  Fill in info as follows

    a.  From Account Number: the card number you want to transfer points from

    b.  To Account Number: The card number you want to transfer the points to

    c.  Transaction amount: the amount of points you want to transfer

    d.  Value Type: Points

3.  Click Transfer,  This screen will come up if the transfer was successful with the amount of points that were added
